The scalp micropigmentation (tricopigmentation)

The scalp micropigmentation (tricopigmentation)

tricopigmentationIn the pigmentation process the colour is injected into the upper layer of the skin by the help of special micropuncture apparatus. Each dot resembles individual hair follicle (an effect of a shaven hair), and as a whole it creates an impression of evenly shaven head. By the help of this technology an effect of thick hair can be created in the areas where it has thinned (a thickness effect).

What techniques are applied

Scalp pigmentation makes visual corrections in case of such problems as:

  • Hair loss for men — initial stages of classic and androgen hair loss (the thickness effect is created in the areas where the hair has thinned).
  • Hair loss for men — further stages of classic and androgen hair loss (an effect of a short hair-cut without baldness is created).
  • Men and women’s diffusive hair loss — even (but may also be temporary) and hair loss due to illness or the impact of external factors (e.g. chemotherapy).
  • Alopecia totalis — complete hair loss as a result of autoimmune diseases. In addition it is possible to create an effect of smoothly shaven face and shape the eyebrow and lash lines.
  • Alopecia areata  partial hair loss.
  • After wearing a wig for a long time the hair has thinned.
  • After hair transplantation procedure in order to create an additional effect of thick hair in the areas where the (long or short) hair transplantation has been performed.
  • Before the hair transplantation procedure in order to create the hair growth pattern and visually fill in the areas of transplanted hairs in the period of their ingrowth and acclimatization.
  • Camouflage of scars (post-traumatic, post-surgery, after hair transplantation).
  • Adding additional thickness to the beard and moustache growth area
