Physiotherapy
Biomechanical muscle stimulation – is a new way towards health and beauty.
BMS – is unique equipment used for passive muscle training, including those muscle groups, which are weakly involved in physical activity.
The leading role in the process of muscle strengthening and escalation of their flexibility belongs not so much to the amount of physical activity, as to physiological processes, occurring in the cell afterwards – the so-called rehabilitation tremor.
Specifically during this procedure muscles start growing and strengthening.
Advantages of the procedure:
- Improvement of hair condition and increase of hair growth.
- Memory and attention improvement.
- Improvement of vision sharpness.
- Improvement of skin condition.
- Ideal facial contours.
- Prevention of headaches and migraines.
- Removal of muscular tension.
- Strengthening of head and back muscles.

Schedule
Exercises “Breathing freely” (8:00-9:00)
Breathing exercises result in emotional, physical and mental state improvement. Breathing is an integral part of daily life , therefore, by working on a correct breathing pattern, it is possible to regulate and improve the functioning of the nervous, digestive and circulatory systems in the body.
Smart Fitness (9:15-10:15)
The main idea of the Smart Fitness classes is to improve both person's physical characteristics and develop body's awareness. Such exercises will reveal how all the body's systems interact with each other.
Corrective gymnastics for children (16:00-17:00)
These classes are designed to the achieve a normal development of the child's physical abilities. During the classes the emphasis is put on the work with the musculoskeletal and respiratory systems, as well as the vestibular apparatus.
BMS workouts (17:30-18:30)
The biomechanical stimulation of muscle activity is achieved through the direct exposure of vibrations on the muscles. As a result of this vibration - certain physiological effects are achieved, and these physiological effects significantly increase the persons work capacity as well as the muscle strength.
Somatics (19:00-20:00)
The purpose of somatic training is to improve the persons proprioception. This type of exercises promote development of new neuronal synapses (connection between to nerve cells) and resulting in improved overall movement quality. This training reduces the physical and mental stress.
